We aren’t an avid fish eaters so whenever fish finds its way to our home along with the groceries, I try to make sure that it’s good enough to consume. Last week, I asked HI to bring some fish from the super market so that I can fix a quick dinner, he asked me which fish to bring and I told him “Any”. Like literally, I had nothing in my mind. Anyways, he brought Hoki and I was glad. I decided to air fry it not because had a healthy mean plan in mind but because I wanted to see how it’s done in it. Haha.

The last time I tried taking pictures in the camera, it turned out that the memory card was absent and all the pictures I took were just a mirage (obviously HI was responsible for it, haha). I’ve been making this shinwari karahi a lot ever since I’ve tried the recipe ( it’s now a must item in my dinner and lunch parties) but we always end up eating it before i can take pictures for the blog. So, this time I made sure that the pictures are shot before the consumption because there are absolutely no leftovers from the karahi. Yes, it turns out that scrumptious! No joke

Hahahaha, adulting cravings be like – consume the things before they go bad. Relatable enough?

Analyzing the history of my cake recipe sharing trend, you guys must’ve gotten the idea by now. October is HI’s birth month and I try to treat him with a new delish cake every year. Last year I was pregnant hence no new cake recipe trial came into effect. But this year I was determined to try out something new, easy and of course, divine.

But last week I was so done with eating meat, didn’t want to have daal chawal either so I came up with this recipe. Surprisingly, it turned out good. Even HI looked impressed with daal. Haha
Initially I didn’t plan on sharing the recipe but many of you asked for it when I showcased it on my Instagram stories, lol. So here it goes..
Continue reading “Masoor Daal Biryani”You guys must have an idea by now (if you follow my stories) how much we love french toasts. It’s one of those items that we keep going back to for our weekend special breakfasts.
Continue reading “Tiramisu French Toasts”Hey-lo peeps,
Today I am sharing a quick, easy and very basic recipe of Tomato Chutney (tamatar ki chutney). About 91% of the people voted in favor of sharing the said recipe in the poll on my Instagram stories. So, here I am with the very basic version of Tomato Chutney (tamatar ki chuntey). This is how I make it, you can certainly add more ingredients like chopped garlic or julienne onions to it but I will stick to the main goal of my cooking blog part by keeping it as simple and effortless as possible
During the initial years of marriage, the only beef mince recipe I used to make was the evergreen Aalu (matar) qeema. Later on, I got bored with it because you know life needs variety – your taste buds demand even more!! Haha
Due to the stated reason the historical advent of experimenting Kharay Masalay ka qeema (keema) happened and it turned out so yum, seriously! I now make it alternately with Aalu qeema.

Let’s not dive into them today, we’ll discuss it some other time may be. Today I am here to share my version of Afghani Pulao, which is a lot easier and tastier (lol, had to use ‘-ier’ with tasty just because it rhymes)😇
