Hey-lo peeps,
Today I am sharing a quick, easy and very basic recipe of Tomato Chutney (tamatar ki chutney). About 91% of the people voted in favor of sharing the said recipe in the poll on my Instagram stories. So, here I am with the very basic version of Tomato Chutney (tamatar ki chuntey). This is how I make it, you can certainly add more ingredients like chopped garlic or julienne onions to it but I will stick to the main goal of my cooking blog part by keeping it as simple and effortless as possible

Kharay Masalay Ka Qeema – A very easy beef mince recipe
During the initial years of marriage, the only beef mince recipe I used to make was the evergreen Aalu (matar) qeema. Later on, I got bored with it because you know life needs variety – your taste buds demand even more!! Haha
Due to the stated reason the historical advent of experimenting Kharay Masalay ka qeema (keema) happened and it turned out so yum, seriously! I now make it alternately with Aalu qeema.

Adding to ‘Bites‘ section the easiest, quickest and most wanted recipe of all. I experimented these wings directly in the production environment ( i.e. in my Pizza parties- I have talked about one with a picture posted on Facebook and Instagram) without running them through a test one (which corresponds to testing out a dish at home before finalizing it as a menu item for any party). I was so sure that this is gonna be a hit (actually I think the same for every recipe I try… lol) and believe it or not this one did turn out to be THE HIT item on the table in the parties every single time. Which stimulated the huge demand for the said recipe and that is the reason I am uploading this before all the others which are waiting in the pipeline to be shared.

PERI PERI (Baked) Chicken with PERI PERI Rice
Winters and comfort food compliment each other A LOT. For me, comfort food is something which requires less effort to cook AND tastes palatable. The same definition can be applied to my kitchen motto as well. (… and you know it, right?)
Lately, I was relying so much on my already experimented recipes and was not attempting anything new in the kitchen. Why? Partly because I was Continue reading “PERI PERI (Baked) Chicken with PERI PERI Rice”
