Easy Beef Tikka Doner Kebab Recipe (Viral Turkish-Style Kebab)

I’m usually not someone who jumps on every trending or viral recipe, but this one looked too fun and delicious to ignore so I finally gave it a try last week. Of course, I had to add my own Pakistani spin to it, so I created a beef tikka version of the viral Doner Kebab recipe that everyone seems obsessed with right now. And honestly? It was totally worth it. The best part is how effortless it is: no standing by the stove, no complicated steps, just mix everything, bake, and you’re done. It comes together in minutes, the texture turns out incredible, and the flavour is pure comfort. My kids devoured it, I enjoyed the whole process, and I’m pretty sure this is going into our weekly meal rotation because it’s just that easy and that good.

P.S: This brilliant homemade Turkish Doner Kebab hack was originally shared by Meze Mike, and it quickly went viral thanks to its unique preparation method and surprisingly impressive final result.

But last week I was so done with eating meat, didn’t want to have daal chawal either so I came up with this recipe. Surprisingly, it turned out good. Even HI looked impressed with daal. Haha

Initially I didn’t plan on sharing the recipe but many of you asked for it when I showcased it on my Instagram stories, lol. So here it goes..

Kharay Masalay Ka Qeema – A very easy beef mince recipe

During the initial years of marriage, the only beef mince recipe I used to make was the evergreen Aalu (matar) qeema. Later on, I got bored with it because you know life needs variety – your taste buds demand even more!! Haha

Due to the stated reason the historical advent of experimenting Kharay Masalay ka qeema (keema) happened and it turned out so yum, seriously! I now make it alternately with Aalu qeema.
